JHF welcomed the delegates from the Republic of the Union of Myanmar

JHF was pleased and honored to welcome the 5 delegates from Construction and Housing Development
Bank (CHDB) and Ministry of Construction (MOC), Republic of the Union of Myanmar, from March 1st to
6th, 2017 upon invitation by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT),
Government of Japan.
JHF hosted a 4-days advanced workshop on housing finance for the delegates, JHF had welcomed them in 2015, and exchanged information on the current situation in both countries.
This workshop was held in accordance with the letter of Intent (LOI), which was signed with the Housing Bureau of MLIT, the Department of Urban and Housing Development (DUHD) of MOC and CHDB on September 5, 2016 in Tokyo.
JHF would be pleased to contribute to developing housing finance in Myanmar to enhance mutual relationship with Myanmar upon close cooperation with MLIT.
