Mr. Keizo Ohashi, Senior Executive Director of the Japan Housing Finance Agency (JHF), and Mr. Felixberto U. Bustos, Jr., President of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC), Republic of the Philippines, jointly signed the Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) to strengthen their cooperative relationship in the fields of housing finance and housing market support for mutual benefit on March １, 2019 at the NHMFC head office in Makati City.
