JHF hosted an online workshop on Green Housing Finance for Philippine’s Home Development Mutual Fund(Pag-IBIG Fund)

Japan Housing Finance Agency (JHF) successfully hosted an online workshop on Green Housing Finance for Home Development Mutual Fund, also known as the Pag-IBIG Fund, a provident fund and housing agency in the Philippines.
The workshop was attended by officials from both agencies wherein they have interactively exchanged knowledge, experience, policies and best practices regarding housing finance operation in their respective agencies. The two agencies also shared the importance of green housing finance and how the development of energy efficient, safe and high-quality housing are being encouraged and given extra value in housing finance.
The online workshop was conducted on November 10, 2021, which was supported and also attended by the Housing Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
