Japan Housing Finance Agency (JHF) successfully hosted an online workshop on Housing Finance for National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC), the Philippines.
The workshop was attended by officials from both agencies wherein they have interactively exchanged knowledge, experience, policies and best practices regarding housing finance operation in their respective agencies. Following topics were mainly covered during the workshop: “Development of Securitization Business”, “Expansion of MBS Market” and “Securitization Process”.
The online workshop was conducted on October 26, 2022, which was supported and also attended by the Housing Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
