JHF and BP Tapera concluded MOC to deepen the cooperative relations

Japan Housing Finance Agency (“JHF”) concluded the Memorandum of Cooperation (“MOC”) with Badan Pengelola Tabungan Perumahan Rakyat (“BP Tapera”) to deepen the cooperative relations in the field of affordable housing programs.
The MOC signing ceremony was held in Jakarta, Indonesia on December 15, 2023.
Based on this MOC, JHF will work closely with BP Tapera to explore potential initiatives for further development of housing market and housing finance system in both countries.

* BP Tapera was established in 2016 and conducts: managing Public-Housing Savings (Tabungan Perumahan Rakyat - “Tapera”); providing housing loans to low income Tapera participants; and managing government funds for Housing Loan Liquidity Facility (Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan – “FLPP”) that extends low interest rate housing loans to low income households through banks.
