Japan Housing Finance Agency (JHF) hosted a training program, "Training Program for Affordable Housing and Affordable Mortgage" from November 17 to 20, 2025.

Delegates from Ho Chi Minh City attended the programs.

The program covered topics related to Japan's housing policies from the post-war period to the present, measures of housing supply, the housing finance market, the business model of Government Housing Loan Corporation/JHF and Japanese housing technologies.

In addition, the participants visited public rental housings and a factory of a housing manufacture.

This training program was organized with the support of the Housing Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
