Japan Housing Finance Agency (JHF) hosted a training program, "Training Program for Sustainable Development of Housing and Housing Finance in the Philippines" from October 27 to 30, 2025.

Delegates from Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development ("DHSUD") and National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation ("NHMFC") attended the programs.

The program covered topics related to Japan's housing policies from the post-war period to the present, measures of housing supply, the housing finance market, the business model of Government Housing Loan Corporation/JHF and Japanese housing technologies.

In addition, the participants visited a facility of a housing manufacture.

This training program was organized with the support of the Housing Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
