Japan Housing Finance Agency (“JHF”) concluded the Memorandum of Cooperation (“MOC”) with Korea Housing Finance Corporation (“KHFC”) to enhance housing welfare and promote the stability of housing finance markets in both countries. .

The MOC signing ceremony was held in Seoul, the Republic of Korea on September 4, 2026.

Based on this MOC, JHF and KHFC will cooperate by exchanging information on long-term fixed-rate housing loans, mortgage-backed securities (MBS), reverse mortgages and other housing finance topics, conducting personnel exchanges including training programs, and undertaking joint research.
