JHF welcomed the delegates from Ginnie Mae, Government National Mortgage Association, headed by
President Tozer on October 29, 2014 at JHF head office in Tokyo. JHF concluded the Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU) with Ginnie Mae on January 9, 2014 and sent delegates to Ginnie Mae Summit 2014
in September.
JHF and Ginnie Mae exchanged views on housing markets in Japan and the US and both parties agreed on further cooperation.
